Public Offer

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Offer constitutes an official proposal by the Administration to conclude an agreement for the provision of Marketplace services on the terms set forth below.

1.2. Full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer is achieved by the User’s registration on the website https://gtm4u.com and/or use of the Marketplace services.

1.3. The Marketplace provides Users with the opportunity to post, search, purchase, and sell goods and/or services in accordance with the terms of this Offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Administration provides the User with access to the Marketplace’s functionality for posting advertisements, purchasing goods/services, communicating with other Users, and other uses of the platform in accordance with its purpose.

2.2. The User undertakes to use the Marketplace in accordance with this Offer, the platform’s rules, and the legislation of Ukraine.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. Obligations of the Administration:

3.1.1. Ensure uninterrupted access to the Marketplace, except in cases of technical maintenance or force majeure circumstances.

3.1.2. Ensure the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."

3.1.3. Provide technical support to Users within the scope of the Marketplace’s operations.

3.2. Obligations of the User:

3.2.1. Provide accurate information during registration and when posting advertisements.

3.2.2. Comply with the Marketplace rules specified on the website https://gtm4u.com.

3.2.3. Refrain from posting goods/services on the Marketplace that are prohibited for sale under Ukrainian legislation.

3.3. Rights of the Administration:

3.3.1. Suspend the User’s access to the Marketplace in case of violation of the terms of this Offer.

3.3.2. Make changes to the terms of the Offer, notifying Users through the website or via email.

3.4. Rights of the User:

3.4.1. Use the Marketplace’s functionality for purchasing, selling, or promoting goods/services.

3.4.2. Contact the support service to resolve issues related to the use of the Marketplace.

4. Payment for Services

4.1. Marketplace services may be provided free of charge or on a paid basis in accordance with the tariffs specified on the website https://gtm4u.com.

4.2. Paid services are paid by the User through payment systems integrated into the Marketplace.

4.3. All payments are made in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) or in another currency specified on the website.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. The Administration is not responsible for the content of advertisements posted by Users or for the quality of goods/services offered on the Marketplace.

5.2. The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the provided information and the legality of the goods/services posted.

5.3. In case of violation by the User of Ukrainian legislation or the terms of this Offer, the Administration reserves the right to block the User’s account without refunding any paid funds.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. The User’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the website https://gtm4u.com.

6.2. The Administration undertakes not to disclose the User’s personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by law.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. The Parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations under this Offer if such failure is caused by force majeure circumstances.

8. Term and Termination of the Agreement

8.1. This Offer takes effect from the moment of its acceptance by the User and remains in force until its withdrawal by the Administration or the User’s cessation of using the Marketplace services.

8.2. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement in case of violation by the User of the terms of this Offer.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. All disputes related to this Offer shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

9.2. All amendments and additions to this Offer are published on the website https://gtm4u.com.
