Public Offer Agreement

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This public offer agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between GTM4U LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") and users of the GTM4U.com platform (hereinafter referred to as "Users") when using digital goods marketplace services.

1.2. The GTM4U.com platform is an online marketplace for trading digital goods, including gaming accounts, in-game currency, items, and other digital assets.

1.3. Using the platform means full agreement with the terms of this Agreement.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Administration provides Users with access to the platform for:

• Posting advertisements for digital goods sales
• Searching and purchasing digital goods
• Conducting secure transactions through escrow system
• Communication between buyers and sellers
• Using additional platform services

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3.1. Administration Rights:

• Moderate content and advertisements on the platform
• Block accounts for rule violations
• Charge commission for transactions
• Change agreement terms with user notification
• Suspend platform operation for maintenance

3.2. Administration Obligations:

• Ensure platform functionality
• Protect user personal data
• Provide technical support
• Ensure transaction security through escrow system

3.3. User Rights:

• Post advertisements for digital goods sales
• Purchase goods on the platform
• Receive technical support
• Contact arbitration service for disputes

3.4. User Obligations:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Follow platform rules
• Not violate third-party copyrights
• Not post prohibited content
• Timely deliver goods after payment receipt

4. FINANCIAL TERMS

4.1. Platform commission is 15% of the transaction value and is charged to the seller.

4.2. Some product categories may have individual commission rates.

4.3. Funds are credited to the seller's balance after buyer confirms receipt of goods.

4.4. Withdrawal of funds is carried out in accordance with platform rules.

5. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

5.1. The Administration is not liable for:

• Quality of goods posted by users
• User actions on the platform
• Technical failures independent of the platform

5.2. Users bear full responsibility for posted content and completed transactions.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6.1. Disputes between users are reviewed by the platform's arbitration service.

6.2. If dispute resolution is impossible, parties refer to court at the Administration's location.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. The Agreement comes into effect from the moment of user registration on the platform.

7.2. The Administration has the right to change agreement terms with 7-day user notification.
